This Support Worker role is full-time and involves night shifts, where you will make a significant difference in the lives of those you support. What You'll Do

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication.
• Encourage independence through a person-centered approach.
• Accompany individuals to appointments, events, and community activities.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.
• Help each person live life on their own terms, ensuring their dignity and respect.

Requirements

• A warm, friendly, and empathetic approach to care.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• No previous care experience is required; training will be provided.
• A genuine desire to help others and make a difference.

Nice to Have

• Experience in personal care (helpful, but not essential).
