What You'll Do
- Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication.
- Encourage independence through a person-centered approach.
- Accompany individuals to appointments, events, and community activities.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.
- Help each person live life on their own terms, ensuring their dignity and respect.
Requirements
- A warm, friendly, and empathetic approach to care.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- No previous care experience is required; training will be provided.
- A genuine desire to help others and make a difference.
Nice to Have
- Experience in personal care (helpful, but not essential).
