About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Controller to join Celsa Group in a remote capacity. As a Sales Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Corporate Sales Department by providing analysis and tools to aid in monthly monitoring and strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading European producer of low-emission circular steel.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the sales objectives for each Business Unit in terms of volume and pricing.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through detailed analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-selling initiatives within Celsa.
  • Continuously assess the market landscape, including competition, pricing, imports, and market shares.
  • Prepare comprehensive market analyses, including competitor insights and pricing structures.
  • Communicate market information to business unit leaders effectively.
  • Promote commercial productivity and evaluate sales performance against budgets.
  • Verify the organization of sales representatives' work through CRM systems.
  • Prepare and validate data necessary for analyzing sales closures.
  • Conduct EBITDA analyses and compile monthly information for the commercial dashboard.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High level of English (B2/First Certificate or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Availability of a personal vehicle to access the office.
