Senior Advisor - Materials Management Systems and Analytics

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Advisor - Materials Management Systems and Analytics to join our dynamic team at BP. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with innovative digital solutions and contribute to our global Materials Management processes. As a Senior Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining BP’s digital tools, overseeing change management, and providing expertise in MM systems, analytics, and data governance.

What You'll Do

• Manage SAP MM data and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure data integrity.
• Define data scope and prioritize analytics to drive standardization across regions.
• Act as the process owner for the global MM template, ensuring end-to-end integrity.
• Translate business requirements into effective MM digital solutions and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain MM performance metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead the definition and governance of MM reporting, including priorities and data scope.
• Guide SAP MM data usage and support standardization of data structures across systems.
• Collaborate with MM leads, planners, IT, and analytics teams to communicate system changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Materials Management systems and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and data governance principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Quantum systems.
• Familiarity with inventory and planning tools.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain management.
