Product Manager - SaaS Casino Management Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager - SaaS Casino Management Solutions to join our dynamic team at Win Systems. This remote position will allow you to leverage your extensive experience in product management to drive the development of our Casino Management System (CMS) solutions, particularly focusing on the Mexican market. With over 27 years of experience in the gaming and entertainment sector, Win Systems is a leading technology company headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, with a strong international presence.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Product Director and Product Team to define the product roadmap for our CMS solutions.
• Gather requirements from key stakeholders including clients, sales, and operations to shape the vision and strategy of product features.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and ensure our products remain competitive.
• Take ownership of product features, managing the end-to-end process from concept to delivery.
• Prioritize and communicate the product release plan to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Supervise project managers and business analysts to ensure user stories meet product specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
• Create marketing briefs and assist in the communication strategy for product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (nice to have).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software or SaaS companies, particularly in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Proven track record of managing software development projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into clear product specifications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the gaming or gambling industry is a plus.
