Sales Assistant (Part-Time) - Weekend Shifts

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to join our team at C&A in Vidanova Parc, Sagunto. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience to our customers while working on weekends and holidays. This Sales Assistant remote role is perfect for those who are passionate about fashion and enjoy interacting with customers.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers proactively and respond to their inquiries.
• Advise customers on fit, style tips, and size options.
• Utilize our service tools, such as QR codes, to assist customers in finding products both online and in-store.
• Stay informed about online and offline promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create an inspiring shopping environment.
• Ensure the store operates smoothly, including managing the cash register and assisting in fitting rooms.

Requirements

• Strong passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Excellent customer service orientation and open personality.
• Ability to adapt to change and a willingness to learn about fashion, retail, and sales.
• Team player who is reliable and willing to assist others.
• Fluent in Spanish and good command of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or sales is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
