About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the integration of risk management frameworks with Habito, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support the development of controls that protect customer and business needs.
• Manage and report on the risk and control environment, including risks, controls, issues, and incidents.
• Help embed robust regulatory and operational risk practices within the organization.
• Foster collaborative relationships across various teams to promote a risk-aware culture.

Requirements

• Considerable experience in risk and control management within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrable ability to lead risk assessments with a data-driven approach.
• Understanding of practical applications of risk frameworks.
• Experience in issue and action management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in risk management in mortgage brokerage firms.
• Familiarity with Consumer Duty regulations.
