About the Role

We are seeking a talented Revenue Growth Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth for our brand through strategic pricing and promotional initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various departments to implement recommendations and support category targets.

What You'll Do

• Architect product and pricing strategies for sales channels to achieve profitable growth.
• Manage pricing strategies for products within the category, aligning with brand strategy.
• Develop promotional strategies focused on ROI and maximizing sales potential.
• Oversee investments in customer collaboration conditions, working closely with Sales and Finance.
• Identify additional growth opportunities for the brand and translate them into actionable category initiatives.
• Conduct analytical work using internal and external data to prepare recommendations based on business facts.
• Collaborate within the Commercial department, including Sales, Category Management, Finance, and Marketing, to implement recommendations and support category and brand targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Revenue Growth Manager role, focusing on pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience working with market and customer data.
• Focus on achieving targets and results.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English.
