• Contribute to team discussions, offering insights and solutions for routine challenges.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Dayforce or Workday for data management.
• Solid understanding of Portuguese labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
