About the Role

Join UiPath as a Solution Engineer (German Speaker) - Remote and be part of a transformative journey in automation. As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales team to identify customer pain points and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team to enhance the sales process.
• Lead end-to-end presales activities and create compelling value propositions.
• Conduct tailored, high-level demos that showcase the business value of UiPath solutions.
• Design solutions that fit client needs during the sales process, ensuring a seamless integration of the UiPath platform.
• Resolve client concerns regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
• Act as an evangelist for UiPath solutions, identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solutions.
• Engage in knowledge sharing within the Presales team and support marketing initiatives through evangelism activities.
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve functionalities and integrate external technologies into the UiPath ecosystem.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in client-facing roles such as Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in building robust internal and external relationships.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining, and automation solutions, particularly with AI technologies like LLMs.
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
• Fluent in English and German, with a driven approach and a solution-selling mindset.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
• Team player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
