Senior Analyst - Equity Capital Markets (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst in Equity Capital Markets to join our dynamic team at Jefferies. This Senior Analyst - Equity Capital Markets (Remote) position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across EMEA, particularly focusing on the German-speaking market. As part of our Frankfurt office, you will play a key role in supporting corporate, sponsor, and institutional clients.

What You'll Do

• Support the execution of IPOs, rights issues, follow-ons, block trades, and equity-linked transactions.
• Prepare offering documentation, investor presentations, and internal approval memos.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Investment Banking, Legal, and Compliance.
• Assist with investor engagement and bookbuilding processes.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to support transaction structuring.
• Analyze market conditions and trading dynamics to support pricing recommendations.
• Create pitchbooks and strategic materials for client meetings.
• Partner with ECM teams across EMEA and the US for global deal execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets, M&A, or Debt Capital Markets.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of equity capital markets dynamics and transaction structures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Fluent German is advantageous but not required.
