About the Role

Join us for an exciting opportunity at our HGV Class 1 Driver Open Day! This event is perfect for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers or newly qualified individuals ready to kickstart their careers. The open day will take place on Saturday, March 21st, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at The Onebore Stadium, Wheldon Road, Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 2SD. As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will have the chance to explore a long-term career with Stobart's, part of the Culina Group, and learn about the day-to-day experiences of our drivers.

What You'll Do

• Engage with our team members to understand the daily responsibilities of an HGV Class 1 Driver.
• Explore our impressive fleet and equipment available for drivers.
• Discuss potential contracts, routes, and working environments.
• Participate in manual handling and drop & swaps as part of your role.
• Support deliveries and collections to RDCs and stores, as well as general haulage.

Requirements

• Full LGV C+E driving licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• CPC Card and any supporting certificates.
• A copy of your CV.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK (Passport, Birth Certificate, or GOV.UK Share Code).
• Proof of National Insurance Number.
