About the Role

This role is essential in providing high-quality respiratory care to patients, ensuring their respiratory status is assessed and appropriate therapies are implemented. What You'll Do

• Assess patients' respiratory status and recommend appropriate therapies.
• Implement therapies and evaluate patient responses to therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in the development of treatment plans and protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with established policies.

Requirements

• National Registered Respiratory Therapist or National Certified Respiratory Therapist upon hire.
• National Provider BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• 5 years of critical care experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care.
• Experience with telehealth services.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
