About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Telesales Expert to join our dynamic team at HERRERA. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers to drive commercial success through tailored solutions in a fully remote environment. As a Remote Telesales Expert, you will conduct outbound sales calls to both B2B and B2C clients, identifying and analyzing their needs to convert leads into business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B and B2C clients.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Update CRM systems accurately to reflect customer interactions.
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a self-motivated and organized approach to work.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while owning necessary working equipment.
Requirements
- 3 years of telesales experience in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong communication and sales techniques.
- Experience with CRM and digital tools.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
