About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Maxcess International. This role is pivotal in strategically managing key accounts and OEM customers, primarily in the tag and label and web fabrication industries. As a Remote Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating positive partnerships and driving sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Meet assigned revenue objectives and quotas while actively managing customer relationships.
- Cultivate new business opportunities with existing accounts to enhance sales performance.
- Communicate emerging market demands and new product requirements to ensure competitive positioning.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend tailored products and solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers, ensuring they are well-supported.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions and data.
- Foster cross-selling opportunities within the OneMaxcess product line.
- Gather and provide competitive information regarding price targets and production locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in die cutting, converting, or flexographic printing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of flexographic printing techniques and product design for manufacturability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Good mechanical aptitude and organizational skills for effective follow-through.
- Ability to conduct sales calls and engage with customers at their locations.
