What You'll Do

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and maintain ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough research on candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives to ensure a broad and inclusive candidate pool.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track candidate interactions and progress.
• Contribute to the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the IT market and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with automation tools and AI in recruitment is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in sourcing practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sourcing for roles in the crypto or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM architecture.
