What You'll Do

• Analyze subrogation claims to determine liability and recover costs from third parties.

• Communicate with external stakeholders, including legal representatives and insurance companies, to negotiate settlements.
• Implement automation processes to streamline subrogation workflows.
• Provide support in quality assurance and backend testing of claims processing systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the subrogation department.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in subrogation analysis or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance claims and liability cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL Server and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with automation engineering and software development processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in claims processing.
• Familiarity with C#.NET, Angular, or TypeScript.
