Senior Product Manager - Core Platform for Remote Automation

About the Role

Join us as a Senior Product Manager - Core Platform, where you will lead the development of our innovative automation solutions. This Senior Product Manager remote role is crucial for driving the product strategy for our distributed workflow orchestration engine, ensuring it meets complex requirements at scale.

What You'll Do

• Define a market-driven vision and product requirements to enhance the Camunda product portfolio.
• Manage feedback from community, customers, and partners to drive innovation and improve user experience.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests effectively.
• Equip self-managed teams to work on relevant epics and initiatives.
• Continuously assess market demand and competitive landscape, collaborating closely with Pre-Sales Engineers and Solution Architects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in distributed systems or technical SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including scalability and performance optimization.
• Proficient in OKRs, customer research techniques, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external presentations.
• Willingness to use our product and engage with our technology.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance sectors.
• Technical knowledge of configuring and managing platform products.
