We are looking for a Remote Staff+ Software Engineer to join our Observability team at Anthropic. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on observability or reliability.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with monitoring and telemetry tools, including metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, particularly in managing GPU, TPU, and Trainium clusters.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
