Remote ServiceNow Architect/​Developer - International Organization

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote ServiceNow Architect/Developer to join our international team at Shield AI. This role is perfect for candidates based in Poland who are looking to make a significant impact on our scalable ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Architect/Developer, you'll design and oversee secure, scalable solutions that enhance our IT service management capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement secure ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM and CSM modules.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers, platform teams, and process owners to ensure alignment.
• Define architecture standards, integrations, and governance principles.
• Support the Enterprise Architect in target architecture and provide technical mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 2–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/CSM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), OAuth, SAML, and CMDB.
• Fluent in English, proactive, and comfortable in an international, hybrid environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and security best practices.
• Certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
