Remote ServiceNow Architect/Developer - International Organization
About the Role
We're hiring a Remote ServiceNow Architect/Developer to join our international team at Shield AI. This role is perfect for candidates based in Poland who are looking to make a significant impact on our scalable ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Architect/Developer, you'll design and oversee secure, scalable solutions that enhance our IT service management capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement secure ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM and CSM modules.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers, platform teams, and process owners to ensure alignment.
- Define architecture standards, integrations, and governance principles.
- Support the Enterprise Architect in target architecture and provide technical mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 2–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM/CSM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), OAuth, SAML, and CMDB.
- Fluent in English, proactive, and comfortable in an international, hybrid environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and security best practices.
- Certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
