Customer Flows EDI Integration SAP Business Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Flows EDI Integration SAP Business Analyst to join our team at Forvia. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading automotive technology company committed to sustainable mobility. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing customer flows within the SAP Forvia Core Systems (FCS), ensuring efficient EDI configuration and maintenance of existing integrations.

What You'll Do

• Act as an internal SAP–EDI-Outbound Logistics expert, leading and enhancing customer flows and EDI integrations.
• Provide third-level support for EDI integration issues in SAP FCS, collaborating with various teams to resolve message integration errors.
• Define and implement new SAP customer flows across plants using SAP FCS.
• Manage and write EDI mapping specifications for existing and new EDI flows.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis for customer flow and EDI integration requirements.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for SAP standard processes and EDI changes.
• Support Go-Live execution and post Go-Live activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer flows and EDI.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Information Technologies or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, with a minimum of 3-5 years in SAP, EDI, and SD domains.
• Strong functional/technical knowledge of SAP ECC and EDI integration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in project management or project mode is appreciated.
• Knowledge of ABAP and S4 SAP HANA is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of MM/PP/FI.
• Experience in automotive business processes.
• High-level knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, VDA, X.12).
