Remote Service Support Specialist - CT Computed Tomography

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Service Support Specialist - CT Computed Tomography to join our dedicated team at Siemens Medical Solutions USA. In this role, you will identify problems and provide action plans for complex issues related to CT, ensuring high-quality support for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert product support remotely or on-site in Canada and Latin America.
• Dispatch notifications with quality action plans to address customer needs.
• Share your expertise and train lower-level employees to enhance team performance.
• Drive individual KPIs to meet customer and business needs effectively.
• Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks to maintain transparency.
• Independently identify issues, perform research, and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with a global team of healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Work during shift hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM U.S. East Coast Hours.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.
• More than 5 years of experience with Siemens CT systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish is preferred.

• Experience in customer service within the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
