What You'll Do

• Lead UX design initiatives for our flagship public-facing website and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to elevate user experience standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand identity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our digital offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development.
