About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Motive. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving complex issues efficiently. As a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to our products and services.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical support to customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve product-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of our products.
• Document technical issues and solutions in our knowledge base to improve future support.
• Monitor customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Previous experience working remotely.
