What You'll Do

• Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
• Build inclusive and equitable hiring practices, continuously looking for ways to improve our processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the SaaS industry.
• Strong organizational skills and a consultative approach to recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to inspire confidence and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.

• Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and diversity initiatives.
