We are seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineer to join our Analytics Front Office team at DRW. What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust software solutions for real-time analytics in trading environments.
• Collaborate with trading desks to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability in high-pressure situations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on analytics or trading systems.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with real-time data processing and analytics frameworks.
• Familiarity with financial markets and trading strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
