What You'll Do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve candidate quality.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on GTM and Sales roles in the fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions with top talent.
• Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and the ability to communicate our mission effectively to candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
