About the Role

Agile Six is seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team dedicated to transforming government services. As a Remote Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects, ensuring they are user-centered and impactful. You will work closely with federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, to create solutions that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and management of product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
• Facilitate presentations and workshops to communicate project updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to foster a culture of empowerment and self-management.
• Define and communicate a clear vision for product initiatives, ensuring all team members understand the purpose and objectives.
• Manage product issues by escalating and addressing challenges as they arise, maintaining a focus on user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• A passion for solving problems that impact millions of users, with a commitment to user-centered design.
