About the Role

We are seeking a Data & Growth Analyst to join our team at Sweatpals, an innovative fitness platform that transforms workouts into social experiences. As a Data & Growth Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping our analytics framework and driving growth through data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve our marketing attribution framework across web and mobile platforms, utilizing tools like GA4 and Appsflyer.
• Build reliable dashboards that provide insights into marketplace health, channel performance, and user behavior.
• Define and instrument key product and growth metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, and repeat bookings.
• Establish an experimentation practice, partnering with product and engineering teams to conduct rigorous A/B tests.
• Analyze user and host behavior across various cities and cohorts, translating findings into actionable recommendations for product and growth strategies.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, identifying technical issues and prioritizing fixes to enhance our online presence.
• Collaborate with the Head of AI to evaluate the impact of AI-powered features using clear metrics and experimentation.
• Utilize AI tools daily to streamline analysis and documentation processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, familiarity with tools like BigQuery, Looker, or Metabase.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile measurement partners like Appsflyer.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.
• Proactive use of AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
