About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Business Operations Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract where you will play a crucial part in managing payroll operations across various regions, ensuring compliance and efficiency. As a Payroll Business Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing our payroll systems.

What You'll Do

  • Manage payroll operations for clients across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll solutions using tools like Notion, Monday.com, and Zendesk.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enhancing the overall payroll process.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and risk assessment in payroll operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll operations or business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management.
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting or program management.
