About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma and AI coding tools.
• Implement responsive designs with Tailwind CSS and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Utilize Python and Ruby on Rails for backend support of design functionalities.
• Conduct user experience testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Participate in CI/CD processes to streamline design deployment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your work.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Design Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI integration and UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Shadcn and UI components.
• Experience in quality engineering and automation.
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks and front-end development practices.
