Remote Senior Product Manager - AI Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager - AI Solutions to join our team at Agiloft, a leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered contract intelligence capabilities that transform how customers review, negotiate, and manage contractual obligations. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Agiloft’s obligations management solution, ensuring that our AI solutions deliver clear customer value.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered contract intelligence and obligations management.
• Drive measurable adoption, engagement, and value realization across AI solutions.
• Define, monitor, and act on product success metrics and usage data.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Develop and execute deprecation and sunset strategies for legacy capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure AI solutions are trustworthy, explainable, and aligned with enterprise customer needs.
• Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Agiloft’s AI strategy internally and externally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning complex product areas end to end.
• Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products with strong adoption.
• Deep experience defining and driving usage-based and outcome-based metrics.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline.
• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with contract intelligence, CLM, legal tech, or obligations management.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, applied ML, or AI-driven workflow automation.
• Experience managing platform transitions, migrations, or product sunsets at scale.
