About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team at JumpCloud. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your design skills will directly impact our customers and business growth. As a Senior Product Designer, you will engage in both strategic and tactical design work, contributing to our mission of simplifying IT management.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to identify key problems worth solving and translate user insights into actionable design strategies.
• Own the design process from early discovery through to shipping products, ensuring high-quality execution in partnership with Engineering.
• Raise the bar for usability and visual quality across your product area, contributing reusable patterns and components to our design system.
• Architect and evolve our design system to support a rapidly expanding product suite while minimizing design debt.
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering by managing advanced Figma structures and ensuring seamless translation into a high-performance React codebase.
• Create documentation and workflows that empower other designers, establishing best practices for component usage and accessibility standards.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and post-launch analysis to inform design decisions based on real user behavior.
• Apply AI thoughtfully across the design process to accelerate ideation and explore complex problem spaces.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX and visual design skills.
• Experience designing for complex systems, particularly in IT workflows or developer tools.
• Proven track record of shipping B2B products while balancing user needs with business constraints.
• Comfortable working in agile environments, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
• Familiarity with IT administration or identity management is a plus.
• Fluency in AI tools like Figma AI to enhance design workflows.
• Ability to translate emerging design tools into practical workflows for the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced Figma features and structured component systems.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
