About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Media Director to lead our Performance Media team at Unlock Health. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of Campaign Managers who manage paid search, paid social, programmatic media, and analytics for large, complex healthcare accounts. As a Remote Senior Media Director, you will provide strategic leadership, collaborate with Client Experience and Sales leaders, and drive results for key accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Direct and manage your team to deliver against client KPIs using available resources; ensure client goals are met.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to exceed client KPIs and expectations.
  • Serve as the escalation resource for recommendations, campaign optimizations, and client inquiries.
  • Diagnose and solve campaign and account issues, communicating risks to the executive team.
  • Review and manage budgets in the proprietary Unlock Media Control Platform for accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance media strategy, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience leading senior individual contributors and managing client relationships.
  • Comfort in participating in in-person new business pitches and high-level strategy discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
