About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Manager Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ping Identity. What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of our On-Demand SaaS services, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate SRE principles into the product lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
