About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior Lead Designer to join our innovative team at Bullish US LLC. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital presence and driving engagement through compelling web narratives in the crypto space. As a Senior Lead Designer, you will leverage your extensive experience to create forward-thinking designs that elevate our brand and enhance user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Digital Presence: Take full ownership of brand and marketing web projects, transforming insights into high-fidelity, production-ready UI.
• Steer the direction of marketing site designs, collaborating closely with Product Marketing Managers to evolve our interactive storytelling footprint.
• Champion a modern workflow by integrating AI-driven design tools and advanced Figma variables to accelerate ideation without sacrificing quality.
• Create demos, comps, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate concepts and user flows to stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Content, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our web experiences solve the right problems with high aesthetic ambition.
• Model efficient production practices for design-to-dev workflows, ensuring visual quality adheres to design intentions.
• Maintain attention to detail regarding copy and brand alignment during content updates.
• Take full accountability for the pixel-perfect details of your work, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Lead by example and inspire our team of visual designers, fostering a culture of curiosity and accountable execution.
• Identify and solve user-centered design needs proactively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in developing innovative web and digital products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills in brand, layout, typography, user experience, and interaction.
• Mastery of Figma, including design tokens and complex component libraries.
• Proficiency in Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and effective collaboration with engineers.
• Exemplary product thinking and ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Awareness of digital accessibility standards and best practices.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions to senior leadership.
• A collaborative, open-minded approach that embraces feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for crypto or financial products.
• Familiarity with 3D tools and motion design.
• Proficient in Jira for project management.
