Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on GTM and sales roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and the challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools effectively.
