What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our AI solutions.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to clients, acting as a bridge between them and our development team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine our approach and improve customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.
