Remote Sales Enablement and Training Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Sales Enablement and Training Manager to join our dynamic team at Socure. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our training programs and ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. As a Remote Sales Enablement and Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that align with our business goals and support our employees' growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and rollout of new learning courses tailored to various personas, including Account Executives (AE), Sales Consultants (SC), Technical Project Managers (TPM), and Customer Success Managers.
- Design AI-driven role plays and training modules that simulate real-world scenarios for different personas within the organization.
- Conduct one-on-one check-ins with new hires during their first year to ensure they are meeting training milestones and provide corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks related to training, including entering new hires into our Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking training attendance.
- Monitor and evaluate all enablement activities, ensuring that employees meet certification requirements and track their progress throughout the training process.
- Coordinate training events and cross-team initiatives to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall employee training experience.
- Gather feedback on program engagement and effectiveness, and create reports for leadership to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement or training management.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems such as LearnUpon, Mindtickle, Showpad, Seismic, or Highspot.
- Experience with AI tools for course development and role play simulations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks from inception to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.
