About the Role

We're hiring a Remote SaaS Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team at Land Insights. As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will help us scale our paid acquisition channels and drive our next phase of hyper-growth. What You'll Do

• Launch, manage, and scale paid ads across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels including VSLs, webinars, lead magnets, and booking pages.
• Write compelling direct-response copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and feature releases.
• Create and test new creative angles weekly to improve engagement.
• Manage email and SMS nurture flows to enhance customer retention.
• Track and optimize core metrics such as cost per booked call, cost per qualified lead, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Collaborate with our content team to repurpose and amplify existing content across platforms.
• Build a testing roadmap and execute 5-10 marketing experiments each month.

Requirements

• Proven experience running paid ads profitably with budgets of $20k+/month.
• Experience building and managing funnels that generate hundreds of booked calls per month.
• A direct-response mindset, focusing on measurable results rather than brand marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent writing skills for ads, landing pages, and email copy.
• High standards for creative output; no weak messaging or creatives.
• Desire to take ownership of growth in a fast-moving SaaS company.
• Preference for autonomy and a fast-paced work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS marketing.
• Background in real estate investing.
• Familiarity with coaching or online education.
• Knowledge of AI tools.

• Competitive base salary of $6,000–$12,000/month based on experience.
• Performance bonuses tied to booked call targets, CPL goals, and CAC goals.
• Total compensation OTE of $80k-$175k+ annually.
