Experienced Content Writer - Remote Position

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Writer to join our team remotely. As a Content Writer, you will blend empathy with technical understanding, translating complex engineering concepts into simple, honest, and meaningful messaging. Your work will significantly impact our mission to empower people and businesses to share documents with trust and confidence.

What You'll Do

• Establish trusted, developer-first messaging by becoming deeply fluent in our products and understanding the challenges faced by our ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Drive qualified developer discovery through content, utilizing it as a primary lever to increase organic visibility across search and LLM-driven surfaces.
• Validate and refine positioning through experimentation, running content experiments across blogs, landing pages, and customer stories.
• Create credible customer-led use cases by interviewing customers and producing clear website content that helps developers assess product fit.
• Enable Sales and Customer Success with strong collateral, delivering and iterating on customer-facing content based on feedback.
• Own the editorial strategy, maintaining a forward-looking plan aligned with product launches and GTM priorities.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and credibly.
• 3+ years of experience creating content for developers or technical buyers.
• Experience writing for APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.
• Strategic mindset focused on impact rather than just output.
• Comfort interviewing customers and internal experts.
• Experience with SEO, organic discovery, and modern content distribution methods.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of PLG or developer-led growth motions.
• Experience working closely with Product, Sales, or Customer Success teams.
• Knowledge of French or German language.
