Remote Revenue Operations Manager - HubSpot Expert

About the Role

Design Pickle is on the lookout for a Remote Revenue Operations Manager to enhance our HubSpot CRM system and drive our sales enablement efforts. As a key player in our team, you will help streamline our operations and improve lead generation performance, allowing us to better serve our clients with high-quality design solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM system and its integrations to various platforms.
• Enhance lead generation performance and sales enablement through innovative strategies.
• Utilize your technical and analytical skills to architect effective CRM solutions.
• Ensure data hygiene and reporting accuracy across all platforms.
• Provide training and support for internal stakeholders to maximize CRM usage.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align operations.
• Develop automated workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support forecasting and pipeline management to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and solve ambiguous problems that may arise in operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Enterprise CRM.
• Expertise in API development and integrations to enhance system capabilities.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
