About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Reconciliation Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. As a Remote Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, managing financial discrepancies, and supporting our financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Prepare detailed reports on reconciliation activities and findings.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Reconciliation Specialist or in a similar finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in financial operations and accounts receivable management.
