About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Real Estate Showing Agent to join our team at Showami. This position offers a unique opportunity for licensed real estate agents to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, conducting light inspection reports, and participating in Open Houses. As a Remote Real Estate Showing Agent, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while working in the Covington area and surrounding regions.

What You'll Do

• Assist with buyer and rental showings to help clients find their ideal properties.
• Conduct light inspection reports to ensure properties are in good condition.
• Participate in Open Houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.
• Utilize an electronic lockbox to facilitate home showings.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and receive tips for outstanding performance.
• Work independently as a freelancer, managing your own schedule and tasks.
• Access the MLS to find and show properties effectively.
• Collaborate with a supportive service that connects agents with clients.

Requirements

• Must be a currently licensed real estate agent in Kentucky.
• Experience showing homes in the Covington area is necessary.
• Access to MLS is required for this role.
• Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Willingness to work as a freelancer with a flexible schedule.
