Sales Development Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team remotely. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in building our sales pipeline and introducing potential clients to our innovative software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify new B2B clients to expand our customer base.
• Engage in proactive outreach to decision-makers via phone and email to schedule product demos.
• Document all activities in Salesforce and track sales targets effectively.
• Continuously optimize your sales skills and collaborate with the team to improve strategies.
• Provide insights and feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

• First experience in proactive telephone sales or customer outreach.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in German and a strong motivation for sales.
• High resilience and a desire for personal development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Familiarity with the HRTech industry.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
