What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized storytelling experiences to customers, immersing them in the Petit Bateau universe.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and collections to assist customers effectively.
• Attract new customers and foster loyalty through our loyalty program.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales growth both in-store and online.
• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Uphold the visual identity of the store and merchandise displays to enhance the brand image.
• Contribute to a harmonious work environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Dynamic, versatile, and organized with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle busy periods.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
