As a Remote Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our proposal development and bid submissions, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality proposals.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing all aspects of proposal development and bid submissions.
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders, business development, and operations teams to collect and manage proposal responses.
- Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others to ensure high standards.
- Lead the proposal development process from creation to bid submission.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate metrics and Key Performance Indicators for proposals.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, including after-action reviews and scoring of proposal processes.
- Potentially lead part of the Proposal Support Team.
Requirements
- BA or BS in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and shift priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM databases is a plus.
- Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft program templates to comply with corporate standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience in proposal coordination and resource management.
- Familiarity with proposal scoring and process improvement methodologies.
