About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Projects Manager to join our dynamic team at Atlantic Emergency Solutions. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. As a Remote Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of project management, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools to create project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project transparency.
  • Resolve conflicts and address challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Projects Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in the DME industry or related fields is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Mar-tech and customer relationship management tools.
  • Familiarity with conflict resolution and troubleshooting techniques.
