Remote Program Officer - Nonprofit & Education Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Program Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing programs that drive impact within the nonprofit and education technology sectors. As a Remote Program Officer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and reporting of programs, leveraging your expertise in project management and program reporting.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee program operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira to facilitate program reporting and communication.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, driving continuous improvement in program delivery.
• Analyze program data and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness.
• Support client engagement and prospecting efforts to foster relationships and drive program participation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data engineering and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in nonprofit or education technology sectors is a plus.
