Remote Program Manager - Strategic Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Program Manager - Strategic Services to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee various projects and ensure their successful execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a Remote Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet and HubSpot for project tracking and client management.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder management.
• Experience with project management software, including Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with risk management and change management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar).
• Experience in SaaS or technology-related industries.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
