This role is pivotal in optimizing paid campaign performance across various channels, primarily focusing on TikTok and Meta.

What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and implement digital campaigns across key paid channels.
• Analyze campaign results to make optimizations and maximize performance.
• Utilize a ‘test and learn’ approach to enhance campaign effectiveness against KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Present findings and report on campaign performance regularly.
• Make data-led recommendations to enhance performance.
• Stay updated with channel changes and suggest necessary campaign adjustments.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape.
• 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles, specifically with TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis.
• Experience managing paid media budgets of $500k+.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset on administrative tasks.
• Ability to justify decisions that drive client performance.
• Comfortable working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
